Smoothie Sunday: The Palm Beach

This smoothie reminds us of relaxing mornings spent by the pool, sandy runs on the beach, salty air & warm weather.  The Palm Beach is loaded with potassium, fiber, vitamin b & vitamin c making it the perfect start to your day.

To get started, grab your weapon of choice- for me, the Vitamix blender.


  • 1 Stalk of Celery
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • ½ Cup of Chopped Cucumber
  • ¼ Cup of Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 ½ Cups of Coconut Water
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Bonus: Add an optional shot of Aloe Vera Juice

Chop the pear, celery & banana.  Place in the blender.  

Add the cucumber, pineapple, spinach, lime juice & coconut water to the blender.

Tightly secure the blender lid.

Blend until ingredients are liquefied.
