This smoothie reminds us of relaxing mornings spent by the pool, sandy runs on the beach, salty air & warm weather. The Palm Beach is loaded with potassium, fiber, vitamin b & vitamin c making it the perfect start to your day.
To get started, grab your weapon of choice- for me, the Vitamix blender.
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- ½ Cup of Chopped Cucumber
- ¼ Cup of Chopped Pineapple
- 1 Pear
- 1 Banana
- 1 ½ Cups of Coconut Water
- Juice of half a lime
- Bonus: Add an optional shot of Aloe Vera Juice
Chop the pear, celery & banana. Place in the blender.
Add the cucumber, pineapple, spinach, lime juice & coconut water to the blender.
Tightly secure the blender lid.
Blend until ingredients are liquefied.
